Volunteers are required for a number of key positions, including

Greeters
Information booth
Registration for dragon boat teams
Volunteer tent food set-up
Parking/ unloading / loading
Dock helpers
Helpers to organize dragon boat teams
Stage helpers
Educational activities at booths
Trash pick-up
